Self-Description:

Fatema Siddika is working as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh since January 2018. She was former Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, BRAC University from September 2015 to December 2017. She is keenly interested in Sensor and Ad Hoc Networks, Internet of Things, Cloud and Mobile Cloud, Distributed Systems and Machine Learning. She has done her undergraduate thesis in the area of IPv6 and in the Graduate thesis on Semantic Segmentation using Convolutional Neural Networks. She likes to solve programming problems, engaged with her students. Exploring and learning the new technology is her passion. She used to solve competitive programming problem in different online judge platform like uva, lightoj, vjudge. She has participated in different programming contest including Inter University Programing Contest. She has more than 3 years of research experiences in computer networks and machine learning.
